Grace family Baptist Church of Conroe

We are, by God’s sovereign grace, a church committed to the historic Christian faith. Our mission is to be ‘A Kingdom minded, Christ exalting, multi-generational community of faith’. We embrace the 2nd London Baptist Confession as the most accurate expression of the doctrines taught in the Bible. We seek to honor the great Name of our Lord Jesus Christ through faithful proclamation of His Word; by God-honoring worship in Spirit and in Truth; by the administration of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper according to our Lord’s command; by urging and exhorting one another to love and good works; by seeking the face of our Savior in intimate corporate prayer. We believe the life of the church should be marked by faithfulness to Christ’s Word, by reliance on the power of His Spirit and by trusting in His promise that He would build His church. We practice an ‘age-integrated’ or ‘family-integrated’ structure at GfBC Conroe, avoiding systematic age segregation. We believe this best approximates the Biblical and historical patterns of the church and affords greater opportunity to remind parents of their duty to instruct and disciple their own children, receiving both instruction and encouragement from the church and from other families. We affirm the clear patterns in Scripture for Biblical manhood and womanhood. We seek to affirm those patterns and distinctions in both the home and the church. We gather each Lord’s Day for prayer at 9:45 am, for worship at 11:00 am and for weekly fellowship meal following the worship service.
